Geneva Forge knife. Jeffrey MacDonald alleged he found this knife in his wife's chest and pulled it out throwing where it landed by the dresser in the master bedroom. No wounds on the victims match this knife. It was surmised that perhaps Colette may have attempted to used the knife in self-defense. See pictures below for more information on the knife.
