On September 17, 1974, at 11:10 AM, at Washington Memorial Park, Coram, Long Island (LI) New York (NY), Special Agent (SA) Paul M. Stombaugh removed several head hair samples from the head of Kristen MacDonald whose body had been disintered (sic) on this date.
These samples were then placed in a cellophane envelope which was held by SA (name redacted) was then appropriately labeled and identified.
Also present during the taking of hair samples were George Shencavitz, manager, Washington Memorial Park, Captain Brian Murtagh, United States (US) Army, and SA (name redacted).
