Regarding e-mails I am receiving
Lately I have been receiving a lot of what can be termed as hate mail because of my website and my beliefs that Jeffrey MacDonald is guilty. These so called few remaining supporters take the time to write long e-mails and then they run like the cowards they are by using an e-mail address that does not exist.
So to those who have nothing better to do with their time than to play these childish games, I will say - you do not scare me or intimidate me. You are wasting your time if you think I will just go away.
You have no evidence to backup anything you are alleging. Jeffrey MacDonald was found guilty in a court of law based on the evidence that was found at the crime scene and his own statements, affidavits, declarations and testimony.
No one is under any obligation to visit my website. You do so at your own choosing. If you are not interesting in reading the true facts of the case, may I suggest you stay away.
And then they are those who seem to believe that I am doing this for monetary gain as evidenced by the following e-mail I received.
Comments: "I have, for years been intrigued with the Jeffrey MacDonald case and the search for the truth. I feel it would be in the best interest of keeping with the true facts if you could inform us on your webpage of your personal monetary gains as a result of your interest in this case. Thank you.

There are no monetary gains in what I am doing. I have paid for the records I obtained out of my own pocket. I have paid my own travel expense for where I have gone to meet and talk with people about the case. I do not beg for donations for my continuing research. I do not sell any information/records I have obtained. I pay for my website and except no donations to aid it.
The scholarship I started for Colette, Kimberley and Kristen is managed completely by the school where it was arranged. Donations are not sent to me, they are are sent directly to the school.
If you are referring to the sale of my book, I paid to have it published myself. A portion of the sale of each book will go the scholarship fund.
I paid for my own attorney to fight the allegations the MacDonalds were alleging against me that I was in possession of his personal property that had been stolen from him and appeared to be in my possession and that I was using it without his permission. Since when is government records his personal property? I paid for my own attorney when the MacDonald's attorney filed a lawsuit against me for what he claimed was defamation of his character. My attorney answered his motion for suit and then he dropped the suit because of his own choosing, not mine. I was prepared to follow through and have my day in court. I paid for my own attorney to straighten out problems when the new Ms. MacDonald contacted others telling them I was taking things from their programs and using them on my website. So maybe you can enlighten me as what monetary gains you think I have gained.
One of MacDonald's attorney alleged I was lying when I said Peter had attended Yale University. He even claimed to have done a cursory check of the records and could find no person by the name of Peter Kearns had ever attended the university.
I knew Peter had attended Yale, he had shown me on a visit his diploma. One day I received a letter from him and in it was a copy of his diploma. When we next spoke I asked him what he wanted me to do with it. He said, "you will know when the time is right what to do with it, just as you will know when the time is right to confront and disprove the accusations from those who accuse you of putting up things without authorization. Now strikes me as the time to start. I will no longer stand idly by while untruthful allegations are made about me regards of who the person is.
This attorney even went so far as to lodge a complaint with JAG about Peter Kearns regarding what he alleged was his wrongful doings with government property. I was called by the CID and asked to provide them with information how I obtained certain items. When I answered their questions, I was told "thank you, that concludes this investigation."
