Jeffrey MacDonald's Alleged Injuries

Below is a body sheet (a printed sheet with the front and back view of a body used to mark injuries or scars to the body) representing the injuries Jeffrey MacDonald sustained per Dr. Russell Fisher's report dated June 3, 1970.

According to Dr. Fisher, Jeffrey MacDonald injuries consisted of:

"(1) A stab wound of the right anterior chest estimated to measure 1.2 to 1.5 cm. in length which penetrated into the right pleural cavity and caused subsequent partial collapse of the lung.

"(2) Superficial puncture of the left arm.

"(3) A superficial laceration of the upper abdominal wall penetrating into the underlying muscle at one end of the wound.

"(4) Four tiny abrasions in the skin of the left upper pectoralis area of the chest.

"(5) A slight abraded contused area in the left forehead."

According to Dr. Fisher's report "All of these wounds are compatible with self-infliction. Taken together they do not support the allegation of a significant physical attack by one or more assailants."
