Two days ago I received wonderful news, but I had to wait until today to share it. Today is a day for celebration. The news we have all been waiting for is finally here. Judge Fox made his decision, and it is not in MacDonald's favor. He has denied his appeals. I will be posting his decision as time allows.
I would think by now, the message should be crystal clear to inmate MacDonald. You are staying where you are. That's a small price to pay for taking the lives of your pregnant wife and two defenseless little girls. Happy nightmares.
