February 23rd 1983
Fayetteville, N.C,

After checking with Mr C.B. Averette who was owner of C.B.A. Bonding Co, and was supposed to have put up a $2.000 bond for Allen Patrick Mazerolle in 1970. Mr Averette stated that he had been out of buisness for two years. He stated that he did not remember the subject.

However he checked all his files back to 1970 and found no record of ever makeing a bond for this subject. He stated that if he had made one for him he would have it on file.

Signed Prince E Beasley
