The Jeffrey MacDonald Information Site is a compendium of information about the Jeffrey MacDonald case. MacDonald was convicted in 1979 of the murders of his pregnant wife and two small daughters. He is serving three life sentences for that brutal crime.

    Note: In April 2003 James R. Niblock plead guilty to five counts of wire fraud from his scheme to embezzed funds from the escrow account he maintained. He was sentenced to 19.6 years in prison and ordered to repay close to $10 million in restitution. He is currently incarcerated in Bastrop Federal Correctional Institute in Texas. His projected release date is in 2020.

    Niblock's reference to MacDonald's "second 2255 petition being file in 2006 is incorrect. The Petition filed in 2006 was the fourth one MacDonald filed. 1984 Petition was #1, 1990 Petition was #2, and 1997 Petition was #3.
