The Jeffrey MacDonald Information Site: October 19, 1989: Declaration of Ronald K. Wright, M.D. re: Wounds to the victims, p. 2

The above declaration was signed and dated by Dr. Wright, October 19, 1989, but not notarized
until October 24, 1989.

The above declaration came about during the writing of Fatal Justice. It would appear that Jerry Potter send a letter along with a written declaration taken from Dr. Wright's previous declaration written February 15, 1984 with a few changes added to Dr. Wright for him to sign. Dr. Wright's previous declaration can be found at

February 15, 1984: Declaration of Dr. Ronald Wright re: Wounds Sustained by Kristen and
Colette MacDonald with Attachment

Below is Jerry Potter's letter dated October 15, 1989 to Dr. Ronald Wright. In the top right hand corner, the date October 14, 1989, with Ronald K. Wright written below it that is extremely similar to the signature
of Dr. Wright. However, if Potter wrote the letter to Dr Wright on October 15, 1989, Dr. Wright
would not have received it on October 14, 1989

Jerry Potter's letter dated October 15, 1989 to Dr. Ronald Wright, p. 1

Below is a copy of two signed pages of Dr. Wright's declarations. There is some difference in his
signature of February 15, 1984 and his signature of October 19, 1989.
