July 13, 1979: Motion of Defendant for Pretrial Discovery

Note from Christina Masewicz: In my opinion there appears to be some question as to the actual date this document was filed. On the bottom of the second page of the document the date of June 13, 1979 is present. On the first page, top right corner the date of July 13, 1979 can be seen stamped. In the October 13, 1990: Affidavit of Bernard L. Segal at no. 33, Segal refers to the document with the date July 13, 1979 as being
the date he filed the document.

I believe the document was actually filed on July 13, 1979 based on the fact that Segal states in his affidavit at no. 33 that he filed a second motion as exhibit 23 on the same day he filed exhibit 22. To further support this, the second motion is stamped as being filed on July 13, 1979.
